Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for:

·       Damaged goods

·       Wrong item received

·       tems must be unused, in original packaging, and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

·       Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Return Process

·       Order number

·       Photo of the item (for verification)

·       Once approved, you may send back the item. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.

4. Refunds

·       Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·       If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days via your original payment method.

5. Exchange

·       We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return eligible items and place a new order.
