Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

·       Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

·       Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Duration

·       West Malaysia: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

·       East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Fee

·       Shipping rates are displayed during checkout and are based on location and order weight.

4. Delivery Partners

·       We partner with trusted couriers such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, and others.

5. Tracking Orders

·       You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

·       You may track your parcel directly through the courier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

·       We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service interruptions, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or events beyond our control.

7. Wrong Address

·       Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery addresses.

·       If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the cost for re-delivery.
